We are called to lay aside all earthly cares to extent that we are able. The process of theosis calls for purification, illumination, and union. Purfication includes the "tribes' of thought and cultures we share even as we are enriched by lovely traditions fashioned from many types of people from many places around the globe. We are truly in the land of the free and the Kingdom of Heaven requires we use our free will to enter it whever we find ourselves. Let us be attentive.
